  • Anyway, I am back from my holidays and I felt so great. The itinerary was hectic but it was really fun. The service that your company “gotmyfare.com” provided in every country that I’ve been, is excellent. I am talking about the car services from the airport; the hotels; the excursions, and all the people who was contacted by your company were all polite, very professional and took care of me. I am definitely going to spread the word around about how your company “takes great care of their client”.  Apart from the four hour delay of Aerolinea Argentina from Carrasco Airport in Chile, and the personnel in the airport of the said airline not announcing anything in English and made me miss my connecting flight to Montevideo, Uruguay, the rest of the trip has gone smoothly. I thanked God for Pluna Airlines who accommodated me when i missed my flight from the Newberry Aero Parque airport in Argentina, enroute to Montevideo. Thanks again for professionally handling my trip. I expected to have a good time but i never imagined how GREAT it would be. Kudos and my congratulations to “Gotmyfaretravel.com “.   • HI , we are back home. As I mentioned before I would like to give you some feedback of our experience during the trip.Overall the trip was wonderful. The hotels were terrific, right in the middle of the downtown area.Hotel personnel were very nice and the breakfast was almost like a lunch, especially in Santiago. The people in all three cities were very nice and friendly.The city tours in the three cities were very informative and the guides very nice and friendly.We even had an extra tour that was not included on your voucher but were told by the guide that was included in our case: a day trip to Punta del Este, in Uruguay.That was nice.It was an unexpected pleasant surprise.The weather in Montevideo and Buenos Aires was bad, so the pictures did not come out great but that was just luck.We believe we received great value for what we paid.We will highly recommend this tour and your Agency to friends.Thanks   Eric Cadwel

  • I want to take this opportunity to thank you,  the entire staff at Gotmyfare for the package you designed for me and my family for a recent trip to Rio, Iguazu Falls, Buenos Aires and into Bolivia.  I have traveled extensively over the past 20 years and have worked with many travel agencies.  Gotmyfare did as good or better job than any agency I have worked with.  At every airport there was a guide to meet us to provide transportation to the hotels and to tell us of possible touring opportunity.  There was no pressure ever exerted, only information.  Each of the hotels we stayed at were superior with one on the beach at Copacabana in Rio, one in the park on the Brazil side at Iguazu Falls and in Buenos Aires.  The Melia Recoleta in Buenos Aires provided the most excellent customer service I have ever experienced.  At each destination there was a tour provided as part of the package that was very helpful.  At Iguazu Falls, the guide stayed with us for two full days and was most helpful.  At the end of each visit there was a car and usually a guide to take us back to the airport and see that we got off safely.  I especially appreciated your help on the Bolivian part of my trip.  I know that your company doesn’t specialize in Bolivia but you were most accommodating to our travel plans.  With service like this there is not much more positive that can be said other than pointing out that the cost of the package was very reasonable. I don’t remember having spent a better tour dollar.  All I can say is “Viva Gotmyfare.”   Warmly

    I enjoyed so much, learned so much about history, tradition and culture, I can not even describe how deeply I was into every single day to discover Peru.

    Also I want to let you know that operator in Peru is a fantastic agent, their precise and accurate work made people very happy and satisfied. Also tour guides that GOTMYFARE use were fantastic as well, they are so knowledgeable about Peru’s history, very nice with good English.

    I wanted to stay there but am back in NY, having a real life here;(

    My returning flight delayed for 5 hrs and cancelled, they sent me to Panama, so I came back a day and half later but this is the only one downside. Everything else was totally fabulous.
